Who We Service
At Kane Community Services, we are dedicated to providing exceptional support to individuals living with a range of conditions, including mental health diagnoses, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual and Physical Disability, Down Syndrome, Palliative Care and many others. Additionally, we also provide implementation of behaviour support plans. We offer our disability support services in Perth, Western Australia covering all of the metro areas listed below:

- Perth Western Suburbs
Our mission is to empower NDIS participants to live fulfilling lives by offering personalised, compassionate, and high-quality care tailored to each individuals unique needs.
Currently, we proudly serve individuals who require assistance in the home, workplace and community with our support. We also have strict protocols in place so that if for some reason your regular support worker cannot attend a shift, a pre-approved (by you) replacement will be there to assist you. All of our support workers have:
- National Police Clearance Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check (where applicable)
- CPR, first aid and full training
At this time, however, we are unable to assist participants who rely on a wheelchair full-time while out in the community, particularly those requiring manual transfers. Additionally, as we do not have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, participants must be able to independently and safely transfer themselves to and from our transport vehicles with minimal assistance.
